Global distribution of Full-time International students at IISc, Bangalore (January, 2026)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As on January 2026, IISc has a diverse full-time foreign students, who came from different parts of the world. They are enrolled in various departments, either in B.Sc. (Research Program) and B. Tech (Math and Computing) or M Tech (Research) in Engineering or PhD program in Science or Engineering. Here, 75% of our students are a part of Institute\u2019s PhD programme and 25% to M Tech program. The country-wise distribution of students is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
