Global distribution of Full-time International students at IISc, Bangalore (January, 2026)
As on January 2026, IISc has a diverse full-time foreign students, who came from different parts of the world. They are enrolled in various departments, either in B.Sc. (Research Program) and B. Tech (Math and Computing) or M Tech (Research) in Engineering or PhD program in Science or Engineering. Here, 75% of our students are a part of Institute’s PhD programme and 25% to M Tech program.
